RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with every product purchased from Bambini. However, if our product does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to return or exchange any product * returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. All products are protected by a 14-day money back guarantee, which, according to the distance selling regulations, guarantees full refund or replacement of the product, if the item is returned unused / unopened, within 14 days of receiving the order according to the date recorded by our shipping partner. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents should accompany the product on its return to Bambini.
* This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.
There is no exchange or refund on car seats, toiletries, personal items, personalised items, opened mattresses and hygiene products.
The item must be returned to Bambini unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.
Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by Bambini. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after 14 days cannot be refunded.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. For your protection and convenience we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Tags must not be removed from products and all labels and original packaging must be present and the product in the condition you would expect to receive an 'as new product', for us to be able to refund the returned items.
Please ensure that the delivery note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel. Also make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit as we cannot issue a refund for damaged goods returned to us.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (delivery excluded) will be credited when Bambini has received and processed your return.

All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy. We will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.
After you have received the email please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
The refund will be issued to the source of original payment. Details are as follows:
For payments funded with a Debit/Credit card, the refund will be issued back to the same card.
For payments funded with a Paypal account, the refund will be issued back to the same Paypal account.
Refunds are in the same currency as the original payment.
If you are returning an item because it is unwanted delivery charge is non-refundable.
If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered will we issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.
Bambini will do our best to do the refund as soon as possible, however refunds can take up to 14 days depending on the bank or form of payment.
